When this is done you can expect a link to your EPC certificate within 1 -3 working days. Along with the certificate you will receive some recommendations to how the property could be improved to make it more energy efficient.

- All our energy assessors are Elmhurst energy approved
- All our energy assessors are DBS checked
- All assessors are fully insured
